How it works

  1. Photograph your prescription

    Take a picture of each page of your prescription in the Heal app.

  2. Choose a pharmacy

    Pick a pharmacy near you and send it your order.

  3. Collect it

    The pharmacy prepares your order, so it’s waiting when you arrive.

For pharmacies

Pharmacies receive Heal orders in a web dashboard built for the counter. Each order arrives with its prescription images and moves from received to collected in one place.
